Health-Related Wiese Scholarship Fund

Awarded to outstanding undergraduate and graduate students who have an interest in health and family related matters, particularly in health preservation and enhancement, health education, nutrition and/or family health and well-being.
The review committee will consider academic record, financial need, and extracurricular experiences when reviewing applications.

Please note: Students with 90 credits or more (junior, senior, post-baccalaureate, or UO graduate students) and graduated from an Oregon high school are eligible for this award. Incoming first-year students are not eligible for this scholarship

  2. Describe your interest and future career goals as they relate to health and family related matters, such as health preservation and enhancement, health education, nutrition and/or family health. Please include an example of a transformative experience that has helped you prepare for this career. Examples of transformative experiences might include but are not limited to service, academics, research, volunteer work, and diversity related experience.
  3. I understand that the review committee considers both academic and extracurricular achievements, and will review the experiences I included in my Dashboard "General Application."
